Mr. Pressure and Soft Wash is a locally owned, father-and-son business serving Collin, Denton, Tarrant and Dallas County. We started it the way a lot of good local companies start, by doing careful work for neighbors and letting that work speak for itself. Most of our jobs still come from someone telling someone else on their street to give us a call.

What you get with us

When you hire us, you deal with the owners, not a call center and not a rotating crew. We show up on time, we protect your landscaping and surroundings before we start, and we use the right method for each surface so your home comes out clean and undamaged. We are fully insured, and we do not consider a job done until you are happy with it.

A lot of exterior damage comes from using pressure where a gentle soft wash was called for. We take the time to match the approach to the material, low pressure and specialized solutions for siding, roofs, stucco and painted wood, and pressure for hard surfaces like concrete. It is a small difference in the moment and a big difference in the result.

And yes, that is our mascot on the sign. The French bulldog is part of the family, and part of the name you will see on yards all over North Texas.
